That's exactly what we aim to be in recruitment: a clear path forward.
We believe recruiters deserve more than red tape, rigid targets and long hours spent building someone else's bank balance. Independence should feel achievable, exciting and supported - not out of reach.
That's why we created Sunblink: to give recruiters the tools, confidence and freedom to build something for themselves.
We're not driven by shareholders, inflated salaries or short-term gains. We put people before profit - because when recruiters succeed on their own terms, everyone wins.

Sunblink was founded by Pete Marston and Jason Silk, who worked together at a global recruitment firm and both experienced the liberating feeling of going out on their own. They saw that recruitment is an incredible industry, but the traditional employee model often holds back its most entrepreneurial people. Something had to change.
With the right blend of recruitment (yes! Pete is still hands on recruiting himself), operations, sales, marketing expertise along with strong supplier relationships, they set out to build a platform where great recruiters could become great business owners.
That idea became Sunblink.
And as Julian Wright, Aliyah Moyse, Mengqian Zhang and Beatriz Oliveira joined the journey, adding their unique skills, our team grew - united by one mission: to help recruiters build businesses they love and lives they're proud of.
And the best part? We're just getting started.
