Honestly, the sky is the limit! There is genuinely no cap on what you can earn. Self-employed recruiters can easily earn double what they would under an agency commission structure doing the same job, you can expect this to be about 50-60% of what you bill, whereas I would guess you are currently earning somewhere around 30%. You’ll also earn it in a more tax efficient way.
